experiencing, documentation and analysing construction process
This project required us to select a minimum 2 or more on-going construction sites and undergo site visits to have on-site experience in a group of 8. We had to identify, study and record different types of building elements and its construction process, details and materials. We then had to show and apply our knowledge by producing detailed building construction drawings.
The site chosen by our group was Taman Paya Rumput, a residential project under GJH Avenue Sdn Bhd in Malacca. The component that I was assigned to is the External Works. Through this project, I was able to gain knowledge on the current construction elements and its components and produce documentation and analysis relating to the existing construction.
